Welcome to You Are the One I Want! My name is Summer — a writer, marketer, wife & believer living in beautiful Tampa Bay, FL. I love many things, especially my husband, family, health + wellness, faith, and creating community!
Why do I write?
To encourage people to live life by God’s design — with strong relationships, divine health, and the fruit of the Spirit in their everyday life {love, joy, peace…}, regardless of what they’re going through. I want others to know God redeems our pain (like I’ve experienced) & sets us free from the past.
My greatest passion is leading people to discover the abundant life in Christ that is available to them today! I want everyone to know the same freedom, peace, and joy I’ve experienced in Him and this precious promise:
“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,
whose trust is the Lord.
He is like a tree planted by water,
that sends out its roots by the stream,
and does not fear when heat comes,
for its leaves remain green,
and is not anxious in the year of drought,
for it does not cease to bear fruit.”
