Here’s a little challenge for us ladies:

Why don’t we start telling each other the good we see in each other… & often?

I don’t mean just praising each other’s physical traits (though not a bad place to start!), but sharing how another woman inspires you… how you appreciate her creativity… her organization skills… her mothering abilities… her strong faith… her beautiful home or great sense of style… or whatever tickles your fancy. This is a great way to honor & respect each other.

We all need to hear it (and not just from our moms & men). Us ladies need female encouragement!

I’ve been thinking about the many things I admire in other women, and suddenly I realized: SHE HAS NO IDEA! And neither does she. Yet these women consistently do incredible things & just think they’re perfectly normal. But they’re not – they’re amazing!

Why doesn’t she know how strong, kind, or funny she is? Why can’t she see how good she is at ____ or appreciate the unique gift she has to ____?

Maybe she doesn’t know because no one’s told her, or it’s been so long that she’s forgotten she makes a difference….
